Company context
Company
Brandless is a DTC skincare brand in Malaysia. It is the no-nonsense alternative to over-formulated serums: fewer claims, clearer proof, calmer skin.
Voice
Calm, clinical-adjacent, and precise. Reads like a dermatologist who texts, not a beauty influencer. No exclamation marks, no hype words, no emojis.
Visual
Warm neutrals, clean product shots, macro textures, and natural light. Minimal text on image. The product is the hero, not the model.
Reusable messaging
1Barrier repair, not miracle skin (use proof before promise)
2Calmer skin in two weeks (clinical test, n=42)
3RM 4/drop, easier to understand than RM 120/bottle (cost-per-use frame)
4No fragrance, no actives, just ceramides (ingredient rule)

FAQ

Questions people ask

The practical details before you join, or before you bring this to HR, L&D, or your marketing lead.

No. There are no prerequisites. Pre-work walks every participant through the install, ideally the day before. Anyone who misses it gets set up on Day 1 morning.

Claude or Codex, the two AI systems I run my own business on. Both work in plain English. Each session runs on one of them, agreed with you beforehand; the course outline above shows a Codex run. Every participant leaves with an account set up, tools connected, and their brand context loaded.

A laptop, an account for the session’s AI tool (set up during pre-work), one campaign or workflow idea, brand guidelines if available, and Meta ad account access for Day 2.

No. Live publishing stays behind approval; participants prepare draft setups only.

Your company must be a registered levy contributor. The claim runs under SBL (Skim Bantuan Latihan), and I guide the submission step by step.

No. By the end of Day 2 the team has a campaign workflow saved as files, Skills, context, and a playbook they can run without me in the room.

Yes, join a free AI for the Rest of Us session on a Wednesday. Same hands-on format, one hour, no pitch.
